Dolphins found on Highway 90 Biloxi.
by Staff

Dayton Scoggins a well known artist has visited the
Mississippi Gulf Coast area several times recently.  Here he is
shown working on his latest project.  The City of Biloxi is having him
carve some beautiful works from trees that were damaged by
hurricane Katrina on Highway 90.

The mostly finished product now a highly visible attraction along Hwy 90. Surely will become a landmark.
