Phase one of their reconstruction has been completed and the Casino is open in what used to be the Hotel. Major renovation is still underway.

Biloxi, Mississippi  "Treasure Bay has added over 100 additional slot machines as another phase of their restoration project has been completed. With the entire first floor now open, the casino features over 330 slot machines, two video poker bars and The Den, a 24-hour restaurant.

The new west wing highlights more of the contemporary design that the property is developing as part of their rebuilding. Strong and stately, the beautiful new interior features stacked stone with copper and bronze accents throughout. The slot floor contains ticket-in/ticket-out as well as multi-denomination games, including such favorites as “Jacks or Better”, “Haywire Deluxe”, “Double Diamond 2000”, “Jackpot Party”, and “Wheel of Fortune”. The area also incorporates the front lobby, which will serve as the Players Club until the hotel is ready for operation.

As construction continues, the Treasure Bay project will be completed in early 2007. The new property will be a departure from the old world pirate theme to a much more modern look. It will include a remodeled hotel with 250 rooms and suites, plus more gaming space with an additional 400 slot machines and 22 table games. Many new amenities are planned for the hotel, including a new buffet overlooking the pool area, a gift shop, several conference rooms, and a fine dining restaurant and lounge on the ninth floor with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Along with the Biloxi property, Treasure Bay L.L.C. also manages casinos in St Croix, Aruba, and Bonaire in the Caribbean. The company is also licensed to operate the first casino in St. Lucia, which recently broke ground and is expected to open late 2007.
