 The second Gulfport Music Festival, a collaboration between the City of Gulfport and Mississippi Media. Plans are underway and the event is scheduled at Jones Park on the beach in Gulfport, MS on May 18, 2012 through May 20, 2012.  BILOXI, Mississippi -- The Fourth of July is designated as "Free Saltwater Sport Fishing Day" on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, according to a news release from the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources. Any person may saltwater sport fish without a license in the marine waters of Mississippi -- waters south of Interstate 10 -- on Monday. Although anglers are not required to have a recreational saltwater license on Monday, they still need to adhere to all size and possession limits.  "The Fray" is such a talented group of guys. From start to finish "The Fray" displayed their amazing musical, vocal, and songwriting talents. Their music is so shockingly emotional and genuine and they drew the audience in with every note. Each song unbelievably better then one before left everyone screaming or breathless. As a concert review reporter it's not easy to get me to rank a band or concert in my top 5, but "The Fray" easily has already tied for first place for concerts in 2011.
